How is your storage cost effective?
Recordkeepers storage is charged by the box, so you only pay for the
small amount of space that your files require.
I already have a "Mini-Warehouse".
Would your system save on that expense?
Recordkeepers has calculated our per box rates to save as much as 75%
over "Mini-Storage".
We have a storage system in place.
If we use Recordkeepers, will we have to scrap our system?
Recordkeepers is designed to mimic virtually any system.
You can probably keep your current system in place.
We don't have any system for our storage.
How will we know how to locate what we need?
Recordkeepers will create a system for you. Your job will be as
easy as referring to a sorted index listing.
How do the files get to you?
How do they get back to us?
Recordkeepers has both pickup and delivery services to accomodate
your every need.
What if I need a file right away?
Recordkeepers has everything from a 2 hour emergency service,
to a 3-5 day delivery. Delivery can be the physical file(s)
or selected documents by Fax.
How does Scanning work?
Using the lastest high speed digital document scanners,
Recordkeepers will scan the contents of your files onto a
computer drive. That information, along with special tabs
(as you require) to help you easily locate your important data,
will then be written onto a CD-ROM.
How do I view my files on the CD-ROM?
A special Previewer program is also included on your document CD-ROM.
This program will, with your permission, be automatically installed
the first time you get a CD-ROM from Recordkeepers. This Previewer
will allow you to view as well as print any document on the CD-ROM.
What happens to the original documents?
Recordkeepers will keep the hard copy for 5 years as a backup.
This service is built into the low cost scanning fees.
Why is your On-line Backup System better than our
computer's current tape drive?
Tapes can sometimes become un-reliable, and you don't want to be
surprised to find out that your backed-up files are corrupted at the
moment when you need them most. It is possible to verify your files after
the back-up, but this does not guarantee that the tape media itself won't
fail when you go to use that tape at a later date.
Our On-line Backup Service first encrypts your backup data, then stores
it on two servers at different remote locations. Restoring your data is
as easy as logging-in to the Backup software and selecting the file(s)
that you wish to restore.
