Recordkeepers is a twenty-three year old Florida record storage corporation. Founded in 1985, owned and operated by Brian Verger, Recordkeepers maintains a 500 plus client base. We have daily stops in Broward, Ft. Lauderdale, Miami- Dade and Palm Beach counties. We are strictly a commercial business record storage archive company, and our focus is entirely on our clients everyday business needs.

Since our inception, Recordkeepers has been able to compete in the Ft. Lauderdale, Miami Dade, and Palm Beach FL marketplace because of our ability to identify the problems, needs and concerns of our clients and then implement the proper course of action. The needs of a client may require computer modifications, special hardware, or assignment of a specific area to one of our experienced staff. Recordkeepers offers commercial business record storage by the box (paid monthly) with file access services ranging from a 2 hour emergency delivery, and/or fax, to an economical 3-5 day delivery of any file within the Ft. Lauderdale, Miami Dade, and Palm Beach, FL area.

Another facet of the Recordkeepers system is document scanning. Using our state-of-the-art computer abilities, we can minimize (or eliminate) the space needed for storage, and offer a record scanning / free storage combination. A secondary service, for our medical record cIients, is our medical records photocopy. You may have records reproduced and delivered to you. Your account will be charged accordingly, but your office will appreciate a better use of employee time spent on copy work.

Another more popular option is our abiltiy to provide copies directly to the requesting party. We invoice as per Florida code and do not charge your account for the required services (access, re-files, copy and delivery charges).
